Two-week Residency program. Participants in the residency program will be female artists up to the age of 28 selected through a public call published in january 2022. Participants will be selected by 6 female curators. Residential program should provide space and conditions for individual and collective creation and production of new works of arts, exchange of knowledge and experience among artists and curators as well as getting to know better how to leverage new oporutnites coming out from digital world (particularly virtual reality technologies). Art work produced during residential prorgam will become integral part of virtual reality collective exibition and Strasbourg Caouncil of Europe gallery exibiton. As a part of residential program we will organize panel discussion and study visit in Zadar (Croatia). These activities will involve active female curators from Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia and France, female artists, representatives of public bodies and institutions, creative industry and representatives of civil society organizations active in art and culture (in total min. 35 persons). Main focus will be on current position and role of a women in independent cultural scene and in the creative industry sector. On a second day female artists and curators will visit good practices such as Center of independent culture Zadar, Center for Creative Industries, Association for culture and art "U pokretu" and meet representatives of public institution INOVAcija (Institution for development of competencies, innovations, and specializations of Zadar County) in order to network and gain insight into good practices of the Zadar County. Involved stakeholders from the county of Zadar will be: Centar nezavisne kulture Zadar (Center of independent culture Zadar), INOVAcija (Institution for development of competencies, innovations, and specializations of Zadar County), Centar za kreativne industrije (Center for Creative Industries), Udruga Prizma, Udruga za kulturu i umjetnost “U pokretu” (Association for culture and art "U pokretu"), representatives and decision-makers of Zadar County and city of Zadar.
